Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders that are $500 or more within the USA  are free shipping, plus a $3.00 handling fee.  Otherwise, freight will be at cost plus $3.00 handling fee on each order.  The cheapest shipping method between UPS and USPS are used, unless otherwise specified.

Canadian orders are not eligible for Free Shipping but are offered discounted rates. 

All Canadian orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all duties and fees when shipment arrives. 

Drop Shipping
Shipping and handling + $5.00 drop ship fee on each shipment

International Orders and Customs Fees 

For international orders, there will be customs fees levied on packages, as well as additional package tracking fees. Silver Lining Herbs is not responsible for these fees, and if a package is refused or undeliverable any customs fees paid upon return or tracking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
